CareTechr’s Platform continuously monitored vitals ,but one afternoon suddenly a 52-year-old user living in semi-urban area showed declining oxygen levels and irregular vitals on the dashboard —stating early signs of a potential health complication.
Immediately, an orange alert was triggered as part of care protocol leading to AI health check up call, prompting the user to reassess vitals —persisting symptoms along with arrhythmia lead to generation of a care ticket and simultaneously notifying caregivers and the care team (of level 2 or 3 facility).
Timely action taken by teleconsultation with a specialist which helps people get access to timely, specialized care & support even in remote areas
